Pete was a big bear of a man, welcoming, warm and filled with a curiosity and zest for life that was contagious. Quick to laughter, he was even more likely to elicit it from others with a razor sharp quip. His outsized personality, and excitement about what was next, was as undeniable as it was unforgettable. So much of him remains through his two beautiful girls, who were the palpable light and joy of his life. We feel very lucky to have known him, and he will be missed.
