I lived at 7 East 81t in the 80's. Roger was the best landlord I've ever had during my
life time. He was always there in giving great support building a kitchen for me, moving me from the downstairs apartment that was his to the beautiful apartment on the second floor that I lived in with my daughter Moly. HIs sweet daughter would play with mine. I have many fond memories and cherish them. I wrote a book about being in that apartment, that building with Dr. Wolfe, Fogel, Gagnier, a doctor, and a producer. The title of the book was 7 East 81st, I changed the name to NINA, to shorten the title.
