My condolences to Lucy's extended family, such a tragedy. I met Lucy in Winchester within the last 2 decades while visiting my sister Wendy, a close friend of Lucy's. I was coming from Boston, so didn't get down frequently, but when I did, I always asked my sister to dream up some fun things to do, and to be sure Lucy was included, which of course, she would have been regardless. She was a delight to be around, so easy going, but also a great conversationalist and certainly not afraid to share her opinions. One hated to leave her after the shared experience because she always left you with a feeling of optimism and a sense of anticipation for what was coming tomorrow. I am so sorry to hear this terrible news, and know that she will be missed, but not forgotten, by many. Again, my sincerest condolences to her family.
