Chris was my good friend since we met in 1971 when he was in the 9th Pct and I was a court officer.
We stayed close after I moved to a federal agency and after we both retired.
My wife and I were deeply saddened to.learn of his passing.
Chris was one of the best people I ever knew.
Brave,smart and good hearted.
Rest in peace my friend.
