Obituary of Frank A. Nicastri

In loving memory of Frank A. Nicastri, a resident of Bedford, New York, who passed away peacefully on December 9, 2023 at the age of 92.

Born in New York City on April 2, 1931 to Lucia and Donato Nicastri, Frank was predeceased by his childhood sweetheart and loving wife of over 50 years, Gloria. They resided in Huntington, New York where they raised their children. Frank is survived by his three children and their spouses, Chris and Diana Nicastri, Joyce and Ken Viret, and Tom and Kim Nicastri; and nine loving grandchildren: Brandon, Michael, Caroline, Kate, Emily, Casey, Lindsay, Olivia, and Annie. He was the youngest of five siblings: Dominic, Vito, Helen, and Mary.

Frank attended Stuyvesant High School, The City College of New York, and Columbia Law School. He had a successful law career for over 45 years.  Frank was an avid reader, gardener, and animal lover. He will be dearly missed by his family.

Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral Mass at Saints John & Paul Church in Larchmont, NY on Wednesday, December 13 at 11:00 am.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts be made in Frank’s name to The Michael J. Fox Foundation or the Gary Sinise Foundation.
