She touched so many people. I was lucky to have a touch, of her humor, grace, love, and expertise at what she loved - sailboat racing. She treated all her crews and fellow sailors as equal applicants to the joys of joys of sailing, while patiently passing along her superior knowlege of the sport. And she was always fun to be with.
