My first memory of Liam was seeing him spinning on a chair in his Dad’s office-a handsome curious toddler who grew into a beautiful young man. His parents were exceptional. I grieve with you. May his memory be a blessing. Phyllis

Without him, my life wouldn’t be the same. He helped build my character and self confidence in my childhood. The manning brothers are like cousins to me :( I’m so sorry for anyone who knew him. He always brought a smile to everyones faces. Rest In Paradise Liam ❤️❤️
