Obituary of Franklin Anthony Pugliatti

Franklin “Frank” Pugliatti, of Harrison, NY, passed away December 16, 2021, at age 87. He was born June 16, 1934 in Mamaroneck, NY to Concetto & Carmella Pugliatti. Frank served in the US Air National Guard of New York, having been honorably discharged in 1960.  A lifelong Electrical Contractor, he ran his own business, Frank Pugliatti, Inc., for over 35 years.  Frank had a great love of children, and upon retirement, he worked as a School Crossing Guard with the Town of Harrison, until the age of 85.  He was a proud member of the Village of Mamaroneck Volunteer Fire Department for almost 60 years, and he volunteered with the Mamaroneck Rescue Squad in its early years.  He was also a member of the Mamaroneck Elks Club and a past member of the Kiwanis and Columbian Clubs. Frank enjoyed music, dancing and spending time at iHop with his grandchildren.  He now joins his beloved wife Diana, in Heaven.  Frank is survived by his loving children, Joy Chmelecki (Eddie), Frank Pugliatti, and 3 grandchildren, Shyla, Alyssa, and Nicholas. To honor Frank’s life, family and friends will gather on Tuesday, December 21,2021, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at FOX FUNERAL HOME, 2080 Boston Post Road, Larchmont, NY.  Funeral Mass on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 10am at St. Gregory the Great RC Church in Harrison, NY, followed by Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetary in New Rochelle.
