Obituary of Marion H. Lister

Marion Lister of Larchmont, New York, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2020 at the age of 91. She was born April 24, 1929 to parents Karl Hess and Ilka Hess (Hochherr) in Karlsruhe, Germany. She moved with her family to NY during World War II. She lived in New York City for much of her life and spent the last 44 years in Larchmont. A lover of the arts, Manhattan and travel, Marion was happiest attending concerts or plays, walking the streets of Manhattan, or jetting off to a cultural destination. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Walter Lister, and is survived by her cherished daughter Wendy Root (Jason), and her four beloved grandchildren: Megan, Griffin, Kyle and Lindsay. Funeral Services are private.
