Catharine Rundlet Blakemore was born in Larchmont, New York in 1907. Her father, Charles T. Rundlet, built the house in which she lived for all of her years.
Catharine was a graduate of Bennett College in Millbrook, NY. She married Dr. Arthur H. Blakemore and became an active homemaker and devoted mother and grandmother. She travelled extensively with her husband, was a member of the Junior League, and was the Secretary of St. Faith's House.
Catharine passed away peacefully just days before her 105th birthday, having lived a full, happy, and active life; and until the end was bright, cheerful, outgoing, and interested in everything that was going on around her.
She is survived by her son, Rundlet, and granddaughter, Beverly.
