Obituary of Janet S Beal

Janet S. Beal, 78 died unexpectedly the day after Christmas, 2019. Beloved mother, she is survived by her daughter Abigail, and her son Nathaniel. Janet, was a longtime Larchmont resident who was instrumental in preserving the Larchmont Reservoir and the creation of their Community Garden, and Sheldrake Environmental Center. She was also a second mother to many in the community. Having moved to Portchester seven years ago, she was still very active in the choir and committees at St. John's Episcopal Church, Larchmont, NY where she will be honored with a memorial service on Saturday, 01/25/2020 at 11am.
