Obituary of Josephine Mastocciolo

Josephine Mastocciolo, 95, of Larchmont, NY passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 11, 2012. She was born on October 6, 1916. She was a long time owner of Leon's Taxi and Limousine Service. She also worked in the family business at the Larchmont Tavern. Josephine was the oldest of eleven children of Michael and Raffaela Bruno. She was married to Joseph Mastocciolo (Joe Masto) who predeceased her along with her daughter Jeanette and son-in-law Thomas Connell Sr. Survivors include her brothers Arthur (Angie) and Michael (Jan) Bruno and her sister Gloria Moll (Late Sheldon). She is also survived by her daughter Irene (Raymond Sr.) Colucciello and son Joseph (Donna) Mastocciolo Sr. Survivors also include grandchildren, Thomas (Joanne) Connell Jr., Margaret (Stephen) Pappalardo, Jeanne (Michael) Pacewicz, Barbara (Robert) Perrault, JoMarie (James) Fretto, Karen (Michael St. Jacques) Tyler, Raymond Colucciello Jr., Richard (Rachael) Colucciello, Joseph (Maria) Mastocciolo Jr., William Mastocciolo, Scott (Stephanie) Mastocciolo, Kayla (Raymond) Colasacco, Shane Mastocciolo, and 24 great-grand-children. Josephine has resided for the past four years with her daughter Irene and son-in-law Ray in Scotia, NY. She was a very caring person and spent her life taking care of her children and grandchildren. She will be sorely missed. Visiting hours at Fox Funeral Home in Larchmont, NY, Friday, April 13th, 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at St. Augustine's Church in Larchmont, Saturday, 10:00 am followed by interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in New Rochelle, NY.
