I know this comes late, but I only just found out about Bob's passing. He and your Mom were wonderful neighbors for the almost 30 years we lived down the street. He would walk with us, with his stick, I believe a golf club, for many years while they could. Then we, Mikey, our dog, and I would climb up the steps to say "Hello" when they couldn't. We would talk about the Coast Guard, my son-in-law is a Captain. We talked about what the street looked like in the 1920's, how theirs was one of the first houses on the block. And oh, yes, the parties across the street. I am so sorry for the loss to the world for your father's and, earlier, your mother's passing. Sincerely, Leslie, Aaron, and Eric Korngold
