Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Plunkett

Mary Elizabeth Plunkett, nee Wetherby, passed away September 29th, 2018. Born May 16, 1931 in Orange, CT to Kenneth Wetherby and Lillian Jones. Liz was predeceased by the love of her life, her husband, Donald James Plunkett. She is survived by her loving children Hilary Plunkett Jones, Christopher Wetherby Plunkett, Elizabeth Plunkett Mastoloni, and Emily Plunkett Fleischer, her two loving sisters, Susan Wetherby Chew, and Emily Wetherby, 5 devoted grandchildren; Patrick Jones, James Mastoloni, Emily Mastoloni, Lauren Mastoloni, and Sophia Fleisher, numerous nieces and nephews, and countless friends. Liz was devoted to her church, her family and her friends. Our family wishes to thank all of you who have supported our mother, and us, through these last months and wish to express our gratitude to St. Johns Episocpal Church in Larchmont, Calvary Hospital Home Hospice, and the staff of Calvary Hospital Hospice. A Service in our mother's memory will be held Friday, October 5th, 2018, 11:00am at St. John Episcopal Church, Larchmont, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations to Calvary Hospital Hospice are appreciated.
