Dr. Janis V. Klavins a longtime resident of Scarsdale pass-away February 11, 2018 at the age of 96. His family will receive friends on Saturday February 17th from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at the John J. Fox Funeral Home in Larchmont. A funeral service will be held on the same day at 1:00 PM in the funeral Home.
