Ms. G! She was like a second Mom to me. She kept both Greg and I in line, but always softened it up with that infectious laugh and smile. Ms. G was an incredibly strong woman. She had to be with three boys and a girl to raise! She always knew what was going on in town, where the teen-age parties were being held, and making sure that her boys were not involved in any trouble. It must have been her inside connections at Mamaroneck High School. I will always be thankful for her loving and caring support.

The Gibsons were the first family friends my brothers and I had when we moved to Larchmont when I was 5 years old. Amelia was a wonderful mother who solely raised her 4 children, and who dedicated her life to them. I remember fondly, being the tom boy of the group and always trying my hand at whatever sports my brothers, Greg and Brian were involved in. And somehow I was always allowed to play them with the boys. As kids and later young adults, we sometimes got into a bit of trouble but Amelia always kept us, and the situation at hand, in line and in the kindest of ways that only a mother can do! Even when her patience was certainly tested! Her warmth and her beautiful smile will always be remembered and now our Mrs. Gibson is in heaven with 2 of her beloved children, Rob and Gail.
Rest in peace Amelia.
All our love,
Michelle Stefurak-Cerna and family

We love you and miss you. Your smile lit up a room as I know it is now lighting up in heaven. Until we meet again.
