Obituary of Ruth Ralston

Ruth Ralston, 91, passed away August 16, 2017. She was born in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, and lived in Mannheim, Brooklyn and New Rochelle, but her spiritual home was Paris. Librarian, reader, and traveler, she was the devoted wife of the late Martin Ralston, mother of Amy Ralston Seife, mother-in-law of Howard Seife, grandmother of Emily (Josh Nathan-Kazis), Alexander and William, and great-grandmother of Eleanor. Funeral to be held Friday, August 18 at 1 p.m. at John J. Fox Funeral Home, Inc. 2080 Boston Post Road Larchmont, NY 10538. Interment at Sharon Garden in Valhalla, NY.
