Obituary of Joan Albin

Dr. Joan Albin (8/11/42-4/21/17) of Larchmont, NY passed away peacefully. She is survived by her husband Tom Bird, daughter Dr. Julie Thysen, step-sons Geoffrey Bird and Jonathan Bird, four grandchildren: Sam Bird (age 13); twins Jonas Heimann and Emma Heimann (age 6); Estelle Bird (age 5) and her 2 sisters Dr. Susan Albin and Karen Madigan. Dr. Albin was an accomplished endocrinologist in Westchester County, NY for over 30 years. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Larchmont Temple.
