Obituary of Barbara J. Radcliffe

Barbara Jesse Radcliffe, of Larchmont, NY passed away on Nov. 2, 2016 after a brief and courageous battle with cancer. Born in New York, NY to the late Helen (Fracas) and Henry Jesse. She married John H. Radcliffe of Mamaroneck, NY on Feb. 23, 1957 in Larchmont, NY and moved to Rye, NY where they lived for 37 years and raised their family. Upon her husband's death in 2001, returned to her hometown of Larchmont. A gifted artist, lover of dance and avid reader….everyone admired her creativity. Survived by her beloved family, sister Georgia Jesse of Larchmont, NY, daughter Robin (and husband Daniel) DeCarlo of South Salem, NY; sons Gregory (and wife Elizabeth) of Westhampton, NY, Douglas of Santa Cruz, CA and Scott (wife Kelli) of Mill Valley, CA; grandchildren Devon (Phillip) Foster, Lindsay & Kim DeCarlo, Jackson, Sebastian & Miles Radcliffe; and great granddaughter Elizabeth Foster. Funeral services will be private per Barbara's wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society or Jansen Hospice, Scarsdale.
