A class act of a gentleman and role model for all those to follow. Workouts three days a week, then a commute to Brooklyn for work until the last Friday of his stroke. Passionate in his politics. Wonderful wife Anne ever so gentle. My sincere condolences on the passing of Bill and your loss. I will very much miss our conversations.

My family and I send our deepest sympathy to the Gallagher family. I enjoyed working with Bill. He was kind, funny, a good story teller and he loved his work and his family. He was a great man. Bill had more energy than anyone I know. I miss him very much.

My deepest condolences. Enjoyed you father's company very much. He left a very positive and caring impression on all of my family here in Texas. His attendance of Janice's funeral was very well thought of for all of us here. I regret that Jackson and I won't be able to attend but give our regards and sympathies go Ann the Family.
