Obituary of Therese Anne Dillon

Larchmont, NY - Therese Anne Dillon, née Bauer, passed peacefully away at home on Saturday, November 14th, at age 85, surrounded by her loving family. Born in the city of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada to Edgar and Bertha Bauer, Therese has resided in the New York area since 1954, following her marriage to beloved husband, Thomas Anthony Dillon, Junior of 61 years. A graduate of St. Michael's College, University of Toronto, Therese also obtained a graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Ottawa. With her family, Therese spent each summer in Bayfield, Ontario, and also maintained a residence for many years in the Berkshires. In addition to her husband, Thomas, Therese is survived by her four children, Thomas (Maureen), Christopher (Maureen), Gregory (Dora), and Margaret (Joseph), her six grandchildren, Grace, Ben(Drea), , Thomas, Nicholas, Natalie, and Rebecca, and her great granddaughter, Maxine. Therese's wise words of advice, funny ponderings, and concern and care for all will be greatly missed. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Judy Thompson, Monica Morgan and Charles Cole for their boundless support and love for Therese over the past few years. Visiting Tuesday November 17th, 2-4 and 7-9 PM at John J. Fox Funeral Home, Inc. in Larchmont. Mass Wednesday, November 18th, 11:00 AM at St. Augustine Church in Larchmont, NY.
