Obituary of Rose C. Ferraro

Rose Caroline Ferraro passed away on September 23, 2015. She was 81 years old. She is survived by Five children- Maddi, her husband Rocky, and their children Michelle and husband Brad, and their daughters Quinn and Kerrigan, and Phillip, and his wife Cindy; Daughter Inesa, Son Michael, his wife Sharon, and daughter Nicole; Son Sal, and his children Ben and Jake; Son Robert and his wife, Denise. Rose immigrated from Italy with her husband, Salvatore, in 1956 and were married for 51 years. Together, they raised their loving family in Larchmont, where she was a resident for 53 years. After her children were grown, her love of children led her to become a childcare provider to several families in Larchmont. She later worked for AVON, in their distribution center in Rye, NY. She was passionate about spending time with her family, friends and keeping in touch with extended family across the US and overseas. She welcomed all into her home, and loved cooking and family gatherings. She was always thrilled to share her kitchen creations with both friends and family alike. Visiting will be held at John J. Fox Funeral Home in Larchmont NY on Sunday 9/27,from 3:00-5:00 and from 7:00-9:00. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held ay Saints John and Paul Church in Larchmont on Monday 9/28 at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale.
