Obituary of Cesaria Buono

CESARIA "JESSIE" BUONO DEC 30, 1917 - MAY 4, 2015 Cesaria "Jessie" Buono passed away on May 4, 2015 at the age of 97. Originally from the Bronx, after her husband Vincenzo passed away she moved to Phoenix, AZ to be close to her daughter and Peter Carbone her husband. After a couple of years she then moved to Oklahoma City to be with her eldest son James and his wife Gloria. Preceded in death by her parents, her two brothers and her husband Jessie is survived by her sister Mary and (husband Jimmy) and her four children--Mary Ann Carbone and her husband Peter, James Buono and his wife Gloria, John Buono, and Joseph Buono and his wife Marcie. Jessie also had ---- Grandchildren and ---Great Grandchildren as well as numerous friends wherever she resided. As she was cremated her urn and several pictures of her life can be viewed between 6 and 9 PM on Friday May 22 ,2015 at John J Fox Funeral Home .` We will try to have Monsignor Kenny there to say a few words and lead us in a short prayer. if desired the ladies of St Augustine may lead us in saying the Rosary as Jessie had a deep devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary Although did not personally see her great grandchildren she loved to look at pictures t and she held them preciously close to her heart There will be a private burial on Saturday and we only ask that you say a prayer to the Virgin Mary in her behalf. She will be greatly missed but now resided in her true home with Christ, departed loved ones and dear friends. May God bless all of you and keep you safe and close to His Heart.
