Obituary of M. Greenberg
Reva M. Greenberg passed away at the age of 77 years at her apartment in Princeton, NJ on March 7, 2015.
Born in 1937 in the Bronx to Lillian and Charles Messeloff, Reva attended George Washington High School and Vassar College, and received her Doctorate in Gerontology from Columbia University's Teacher's College. In 1959, she married Josh Greenberg and the couple raised their family in Scarsdale, New York where they resided for over 50 years. Reva had a career working for Westchester County's Office for the Aging. Her greatest achievement came after her diagnosis with Ovarian Cancer when she wrote the Adventure's in CancerLand and A New Day and The Bird Sing for her family and friends to enjoy.
She is survived by her husband and three children, Betsy Ie of Princeton, New Jersey, Jim Greenberg of Weston, Massachusetts, and Annie Michaelson of Montgomery, New Jersey. She leaves eight loving grandchildren, Douglas, Andy, Hilary, Robbie, Tommy, Will, Kate, Zoe; also daughter-in-law Julie Greenberg and son-in-laws, Darma Ie and Gregg Michaelson and her many special friends.
The service will be held on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at her beloved Larchmont Temple and a burial will be held.

Reva and her family have many memories, some funny, some sad, some with angst, some with joy. The family is lucky to have a treasure box so full, and look forward to creating new memories that are sprinkled with a dash of Reva and her belief that everyone has a personal best.
