Obituary of Alice K. Slap

Alice Kludjian Slap, 86 died January 5 from a head injury due to a fall. She is survived by her husband of 56 years Edward Slap, son Mark Slap & granddaughters Danielle and Rachael Slap. Alice came to New York from California to pursue a classical singing career. Once in New York she discovered the cultural wonders of the arts. She lived every day of her life to the fullest. Alice introduced her family to sailing as way to spend quality time together with limited distraction. She loved to entertain and spend time with family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Sat. Jan. 14 at 11am at the Scarsdale Congregational Church, One Heathcote Road, Scarsdale. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Diabetes Society or the charity of your choice in her memory.
