Dr. Forrester was our family physician for many years. He took excellent and humane care of my parents and me for well over a decade from his office in The Bronx. Dr. Forrester was, above all else, a humanitarian who was deeply influenced by the life, writings and example of Albert Schweitzer. Dr. Forrester had a truly profound and lasting influence on my life and I was saddened to learn of his passing.
