O'BRIEN, AILEEN age 101, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, December 31, 2011. Born in County Waterford , Ireland , Aileen traveled to America in 1928 and married the late James O'Brien, of County Tipperary , Ireland, in Brooklyn, NY. Together they raised 9 children until James's untimely death in 1956. Aileen, is the proud and loving Grandmother to 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all. A Mass of Christian burial will take place at 10:00AM, Church of Sts. John and Paul, 280 Weaver St., Larchmont , NY.
