Gilbert Merenda, Jr. (Jim) one of the best frame carpenters from local

11 passed away on November 28, 2011 in Mamaroneck, NY at the Age of 74

after a long debilitating illness. He served in the US Army from 1955

to 1958. Jim is survived by his wife of 38 years Jacqueline (nee:

Philisma) , his brother Michael, sister and brother in law, several

nieces and nephews and great nieces. Hel loved his family and his

work. His favorite pass times wear fishing , golfing and landscaping

painting. Visiting Wednesday 6-9 pm at the John J. Fox Funeral Home,

Inc. in Larchmont. Mass Thursday 10 am at Sts. John & Paul Church in

Larchmont.
