Obituary of Gilbert Merenda

Gilbert Merenda, Jr. (Jim) one of the best frame carpenters from local 11 passed away on November 28, 2011 in Mamaroneck, NY at the Age of 74 after a long debilitating illness. He served in the US Army from 1955 to 1958. Jim is survived by his wife of 38 years Jacqueline (nee: Philisma) , his brother Michael, sister and brother in law, several nieces and nephews and great nieces. Hel loved his family and his work. His favorite pass times wear fishing , golfing and landscaping painting. Visiting Wednesday 6-9 pm at the John J. Fox Funeral Home, Inc. in Larchmont. Mass Thursday 10 am at Sts. John & Paul Church in Larchmont.
