Ortwin August Meyer, 88, of New Rochelle passed away February 26, 2013 in New Rochelle, NY. Funeral service will be held at St John's Episcopal Church, 4 Fountain Square Larchmont, NY 10538 Ortwin was born in Bous-Saar to August and Hedwig Meyer on March 16, 1924. Ortwin worked as an Civil Engineer and was Co-founder on Hudson Country Montessori School in New Rochelle,NY. He enjoyed building, flying planes, and his grandchildren. Ortwin leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his; wife of 64 years, Musya Meyer; son, Mark Meyer, daughter-in-law, Megin Meyer; predeceased daughter Lynne Campbell, adorning grandchildren, Nicholas and Katherine; and all who's life's he touched.
