Obituary of Robert Scott Keleman

Robert Scott Keleman of Larchmont, New York, died on August 8, 2024, at the age of 66. Bob was born on May 5, 1958, in Brooklyn, New York, to Barbara (nee Berk) and Stanley Keleman, and raised in Brooklyn and Manhattan. A graduate of Fordham University, Bob’s spent years as a fine arts photographer at Sotheby’s auction house in New York, followed by stints in antique restoration and retail. He was retired at the time of his passing. Bob was kind, funny, artistic and creative on many levels. A talented musician, he enjoyed playing guitar alongside lifelong friends and fellow musicians. Determined when he set his mind to it, he also ran and finished the New York City Marathon twice. Bob is survived by his sons, Sam and Jacob Keleman; his ex-wife Ellen Keleman; sisters Leah Keleman Amzel and Katharine Keleman Greene; cousins Georgia Parker, Dan Kaplan, Jill Hassett and Jeffrey Sardegna; and several nieces and nephews. He leaves behind many good friends who will miss him dearly.
