Naomi was an extraordinary educator! I had the privilege of working along her for only one year, but we became fast friends ever since and I continued to learn as a result of her insights and views. She was a keen observer of children and sought all possible resources to fill their diverse needs. Hundreds of teachers can attribute their success in classrooms to Naomi's influence and guidance. Whenever I would refer to her as a "living legend," she would demure. I do hope that she realized the impact that she ha in a variety of settings always striving for children and adults to realize their very greatest potentials!
