Mary DeFrancesco (nee Alberto), a resident of Larchmont, New York,

passed away peacefully at the age of 101 on January 19, 2023, at Nyack

Hospital. She was born to Catherine (Apastolica) and Bartholomew Alberto

in the Bronx, New York. On August 27, 1943 she married George

DeFrancesco of the Bronx at Immaculate Conception Church. They built a

home in Larchmont to start their family. She was a member of Saints John

and Paul Church in Larchmont. She retired from Sealectro Corporation in

Mamaroneck after working for many years. She is predeceased by her

husband George, her brothers Bob, Patsy, Philip, Tony, and Jimmy, her

sister, Helen Isidore, her son in law, Kenneth Hunter and many nieces and

nephews. She is survived by her son Vincent (Lucille), her daughters Rose

Hunter, Marie Dee Staropoli (Dominick), Diana DeCamillo (Larry), her

grandchildren Deborah Serratore (Frank), Joni Faustini (Glenn), Michelle

Capparelli (Paul), Nicholas DeCamillo, and her great-children, Frankie and

Rosalie Serratore, Paul and Olivia Capparelli.

Calling hours are Monday 4-8 pm at Fox Funeral Home, Larchmont.

Funeral is Tuesday at 10:00 am at Saints John and Paul Church,

Larchmont. Burial will follow at Saint Raymond’s Cemetery, Bronx.
