Ron was a rare combination of qualities. He was a highly educated and intelligent person without any pretense. He was a gentleman who could communicate with anyone. He helped thousands of people in his career without claiming any special virtue . Most of all he was a good and kind man who will be profoundly missed by everyone who knew him.
