Obituary of Bruce A. Molinaroli

Bruce Aldo Molinaroli, 87, of New York City, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2025. Born on July 3, 1938, in Barre, Vermont, Bruce lived a life marked by professional excellence, unwavering dedication to his family, and a deep commitment to integrity in all he pursued.

A proud graduate of Dartmouth College and the Tuck School of Business, Bruce built a distinguished career in asset management as a partner at Ingalls & Snyder, where his expertise and sound judgment earned the respect of colleagues and clients alike. He came to New York City in the early 1960s seeking fun and fortune in the financial markets—and found both, along with a lifelong home.

Bruce married his beloved wife, Sandy Rossio Molinaroli, in 1965, and together they shared sixty years of love, partnership, and adventure. They raised their children in Wyckoff, New Jersey, before Bruce and Sandy returned to New York City, where they resided happily for nearly 30 years.

A devoted father, Bruce cherished his two children, Brooke Anne Molinaroli and Scott Ladd Molinaroli, instilling in them the values of hard work, education, and family. He was known for his dry wit and clever wordplay, his love of classic films—especially The Godfather—and his enthusiasm for collecting coins and other memorabilia.

Bruce is survived by his wife, Sandy; his daughter Brooke and her husband, Nick Robinson; his son Scott and his wife, Lyn Aborn; and his four beloved grandchildren, Maxwell and Alexandra Robinson, and Sabrina and Leo Molinaroli.

A memorial service celebrating Bruce’s life will be held at All Souls Church, 1157 Lexington Avenue, New York City, on Saturday, January 10, at 2:30 p.m., followed by a reception at Il Monello Restaurant, 337 East 49th Street, New York City. Donations may be made in his name to Paralyzed Veterans of America.
