Tara Kathleen Maloney

Tara Maloney of Mamaroneck, N.Y. passed away on October 18th, 2025. Tara spent her entire career as a research analyst at Sudler & Hennessy and was much admired for her problem solving abilities. As a crossword puzzler and avid Jeopardy fan, she always had the answers, except when the category was Opera. Tara was a diligent care giver to her parents and elderly aunt in their later years and was always there with help and cheerleading. Her kindness extended to all living things. Her love of animals included her passion for horse racing. People would always ask her for betting tips, as she knew all the horses’ lineages, the trainers and the jockeys. She had encyclopedic knowledge. She loved to travel and showed her hidden adventurous side when she walked through the souks of Morocco or parasailed off Tennerif. She is deeply missed by her family: Eileen ((Bosco), Tracey (Sprotte), Andrew (Duke) Maloney, Patrick Maloney and Kate Maloney. She adored her numerous nieces and nephews and was beloved by her friends. She was a sensitive soul and was taken too soon.
