Laura was the proud mother of two daughters, who were the center of her world. She shared her love of art, design, and life with them, and with everyone lucky enough to know her. She was a dedicated Mema to her three granddaughters and loved spending time with all her girls. Her home was always full of laughter, creativity, and a welcoming warmth that drew people in whether they were lifelong friends or new acquaintances.
A devoted companion to her beloved dog Milo, Laura could often be found strolling through the neighborhood with him, both of them with unmistakable energy.
She was the kind of person who made everything more beautiful, from the spaces she designed to the friendships she nurtured. Laura had a sharp eye for beauty, and a heart that made room for everyone. Her circle of friends was wide and fiercely loyal, a testament to the kind of light she brought into the world.
She will be remembered for her creativity, her humor, her unconditional love, and her unwavering spirit. Though she is gone too soon, Laura’s presence will continue to be felt in the lives of those who loved her.
She is survived by her two daughters and sons-in law, Nina Minogue (Ryan Minogue) and Julia Goldsmith (David Sherwin), her three grandchildren Hailey Minogue, Olivia Minogue and Ivy Sherwin, her cherished Milo, her brother Russell Torrisi (Naomi Torrisi) and their children, her sister Gina Berry (Shane Berry) and their children, and countless other family and friends who will miss her deeply.
