Obituary of Antoine U.W. Bostick
Antoine U.W. Bostick, affectionately known as AB, Twan, or Himmothy, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 7th, 2025, at the age of 38 in the Bronx, NY.
Born on June 21st 1986, to Shawna C. Bostick-Stewart and the late James A. Hall. Antoine lived a life full of energy, laughter and deep connections. Though he moved often during his youth—living in New Rochelle, Mount Vernon, Yonkers, and Mamaroneck—Antoine formed lifelong friendships everywhere he went. He later earned his GED.
Antoine was known for his infectious sense of humor and larger-than-life personality. Proudly calling himself "Mr. 914," he had a unique gift for bringing people together and lighting up every room he entered.
As kids living in Mamaroneck, Antoine met Adele Wauchope—who would later in life become his wife. They began their relationship at 18 and went on to build a family. At 21, Antoine became a proud father to their daughter Brianna, born on June 13th 2008. Their family grew with the arrival of their son, affectionately named Antoine Jr., born on April 2nd 2014.
A man of many talents, Antoine had a deep passion for cooking and dreamed of one day owning a food truck. His love for cooking started when he was child. Spending time with his mother making their Ma's homemade pizza, it was always a special time for them.
Antoine's love for his family ran deep. He held an unshakable bond with his siblings—the late Jaquan McGee and the late Kamal Flowers. Antoine leaves to cherish his memory sisters Starr Foy, Lennea Foy, Ablessin Hall, and brother Jermaine Bartee. He also leaves his beloved grandfather George Boyd, his stepmother Tawana Sellers and a host of extended family members and friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
Visiting will be Tuesday April 22nd at 4pm to 8pm at the John J. Fox funeral home at 2080 Boston Post Rd Larchmont, NY 10538.
